Patient Tip

Bring all recent medical records, imaging studies, and a list of current medications. Staying at the JW Marriott makes the transition between rest and treatment seamless.

Day 2Targeted Regenerative Treatment

Targeted Regenerative Treatment

This is typically the most comprehensive treatment day. When clinically indicated, precision applications are performed to address specific areas of concern, combined with systemic therapy to initiate the regenerative process in a controlled and safe manner.

Morning

Pre-Treatment Assessment & Preparation

Your medical team reviews your evaluation results from Day 1 and confirms your protocol. Vital signs are checked and an IV line is established. You receive any pre-treatment supportive nutrients as determined by your physician.

Mid-Morning

IV MSC Infusion

Clinical-grade Wharton's Jelly MSCs are administered intravenously over approximately 45–90 minutes in a controlled, sterile environment under direct medical supervision. The infusion is generally well-tolerated.

Afternoon

Ultrasound-Guided Localized Injections

When clinically indicated, MSCs are injected directly into affected joints or tissue under real-time ultrasound guidance, ensuring accurate delivery to the site of damage. Local anesthetic may be applied for comfort.

Late Afternoon

Post-Treatment Monitoring & Rest

Vital signs are monitored after treatment. Most patients feel comfortable and may experience mild fatigue as the body begins responding to the regenerative process. Rest and hydration are encouraged.

Patient Tip

Drink plenty of water before and after infusion. Avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise for 48 hours. Rest is an important part of the regenerative process.

Day 3Recovery & Biological Support

Recovery & Biological Support

A dedicated recovery phase allows your body to process the initial treatment and optimize cellular activity. On these recovery days, supportive therapies may be incorporated — such as IV nutrient therapy, peptide-based protocols, or hyperbaric oxygen sessions — all selected according to your individual needs.

Morning

Recovery Assessment

Your physician reviews how you responded to Day 2 treatment. Vital signs are checked and any soreness or inflammation at treatment sites is evaluated. Supportive interventions are adjusted accordingly.

Mid-Morning

IV Nutrient Therapy

A customized intravenous nutrient protocol — which may include high-dose vitamin C, glutathione, B-complex, and magnesium — is administered to support cellular repair, immune function, and recovery.

Afternoon

Hyperbaric Oxygen or Peptide Protocol

Depending on your individual protocol, a hyperbaric oxygen session or peptide-based therapy may be incorporated. These modalities support oxygen delivery to tissues, cellular signaling, and recovery optimization.

Evening

Rest & Integration

Light activity such as gentle walking is encouraged. Your care team remains available for any questions. This rest period is a critical component of the regenerative process.

Patient Tip

Some patients experience temporary soreness or mild swelling at injection sites. This is a normal inflammatory response and usually subsides quickly. Avoid anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs) as they may interfere with the regenerative process.

Day 4Systemic Regenerative Reinforcement

Systemic Regenerative Reinforcement

Additional cellular therapy is administered in a carefully spaced manner. Dividing the sessions allows the body time to respond between applications, which helps support cell viability, enhance distribution and signaling activity, and reduce metabolic stress. This approach aligns with the understanding that stem cells work primarily through paracrine signaling, and strategic spacing can optimize their regenerative effect.

Morning

Pre-Session Assessment

Your physician evaluates your progress and confirms the protocol for the second cellular therapy session. Lab markers or imaging may be reviewed to assess initial response.

Mid-Morning

Second IV Cellular Therapy Session

Additional MSCs or exosomes are administered intravenously. This reinforcement session is designed to extend signaling activity, support tissue-level repair, and sustain the systemic regenerative process.

Afternoon

Complementary Supportive Therapy

Ozone therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, or additional IV nutrient support may be incorporated based on your individual protocol, supporting oxygen utilization and cellular performance.

Late Afternoon

Monitoring & Rest

Post-treatment monitoring confirms stability. Mild fatigue is normal after the second session. Your team provides guidance for the evening rest period to support optimal cellular integration.

Patient Tip

Complementary therapies are selected based on your specific protocol. Not all patients receive every therapy listed here. Your physician determines which modalities may best support your regenerative outcomes.

Day 5Integration & Final Session

Recovery, Integration & Final Session

A second recovery and integration phase supports the ongoing regenerative process. As with the earlier recovery day, personalized supportive therapies — such as IV therapy, peptides, or hyperbaric oxygen — may be used to promote cellular performance and overall balance before your return home.

Morning

Post-Treatment Blood Work

Follow-up blood panels are drawn to establish post-treatment baselines. These results will be compared with your pre-treatment labs to track changes in inflammatory markers and other relevant biomarkers over time.

Mid-Morning

Final Supportive Therapy Session

A final round of supportive therapies — IV nutrients, peptides, or hyperbaric oxygen — is administered as indicated to consolidate the regenerative effect and support your transition home.

Late Morning

Final Medical Consultation

Your physician conducts a comprehensive review of your treatment week, sets expectations for the regenerative timeline, and addresses any questions about recovery, lifestyle modifications, or medications.

Afternoon

Discharge Instructions & Follow-Up Plan

You receive a detailed written discharge packet including your treatment summary, medication and supplement recommendations, activity guidelines, dietary advice, and a schedule of follow-up telemedicine appointments at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months post-treatment.

Patient Tip

Keep your discharge instructions accessible. The regenerative process continues for months after treatment. Follow-up telemedicine calls are included in your protocol to monitor progress and adjust recommendations.

Day 6Departure

After Treatment: What to Expect

Regeneration is a gradual process. Here is a general timeline of what many patients experience in the months following the BioCellular Regeneration Protocol. Individual results may vary.

1
Week 1-2

Initial Recovery

Rest and allow the body to process the treatment. Some patients report mild fatigue or temporary soreness at injection sites during this period. These are normal responses and typically resolve quickly. Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs). Light walking and gentle stretching are encouraged.

2
Month 1-3

Early Response

Many patients begin to notice gradual improvements during this window. Early changes may include reduced inflammation, improved energy levels, better sleep quality, and initial improvements in the primary condition being treated. The MSCs are actively releasing growth factors and modulating the immune environment.

3
Month 3-6

Progressive Regeneration

This is often when patients report the most significant changes. As tissue repair and regeneration progress, improvements in mobility, pain levels, organ function, or other condition-specific outcomes may become more pronounced. Follow-up telemedicine consultations help track your progress and adjust recommendations.

4
Month 6-12

Sustained Outcomes

Long-term regenerative benefits may continue to develop. Patients often report sustained or progressive improvements in quality of life, function, and overall well-being. Your medical team evaluates whether a follow-up treatment cycle may be beneficial based on your response and health goals.

Frequently Asked Questions About Your Treatment Journey

The BioCellular Regeneration Protocol typically spans 5 days of active treatment. Most patients arrive the day before and depart the day after treatment concludes, making the total stay approximately 7 days. Our clinic is located inside the JW Marriott Panama, which offers a comfortable environment for rest between treatment sessions.

The IV infusion is similar to a standard IV drip and is generally painless. For localized injections, a local anesthetic is applied to minimize discomfort. No general anesthesia is required for any part of the protocol. Most patients describe the experience as comfortable, with mild soreness at injection sites that typically resolves within 24-48 hours.

Your protocol includes scheduled follow-up telemedicine consultations at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months post-treatment. Between appointments, our medical team is accessible by phone and email for any questions or concerns. You receive direct contact information for your attending physician and our patient coordination team upon discharge.

Many patients travel independently and do well on their own. However, if your condition significantly limits your mobility or independence, we recommend bringing a companion for comfort and support. Our patient coordination team can assist with logistics regardless of whether you travel alone or with someone.

During treatment week, avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs such as ibuprofen or naproxen) as these may interfere with the regenerative process.
